Method Of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Then, add chicken and season both sides with pepper, salt, and oregano.

Spice and Herbs Required For The Butter Chicken

  • One tablespoon of fresh ginger (grated)
  • One tablespoon of garlic (minced)
  • Two teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder (or any mild red chili powder)

Instructions For Preparation

  1. Pick the high “Sauté” setting on the Instant Pot and heat the ghee. Then, put the onion and saute for about four to five minutes until translucent. Press the “Cancel” button to switch off the Instant Pot. 
  2. Next, put the chicken, water, ginger, garlic, tomato puree, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and turmeric and mix to combine.
  3. Now, to make the rice in a one-half-quart stainless-steel bowl that will fit in the Instant Pot, stir together the rice, salt, and water. 
  4. Keep a tall steam rack in the pot, ensuring its legs are relaxing on the base. Set the bowl of rice on the stand.
  5. Then, fasten the lid and arrange the “Pressure Release” to “Sealing”. Choose the “Pressure Cook” or “Manual” setting and set the cooking time for five minutes at high pressure.
  6. Allow the pressure to discharge automatically for five minutes. Then push the “Pressure Release” to “Venting” to discharge any remaining steam. 
  7. Then, open the pot, keep the rice bowl on a trivet with heat-resistant mitts, and pull the tall steam rack.
  8. Add tomato paste, coconut cream, sugar, and fenugreek to the pot and mix well.
  9. Next, choose the high “Sauté” setting and cook till the curry comes to a boil and is heated for about two minutes. Press the “Cancel” button to turn out the Instant Pot.
  10. Scoop the rice onto plates and spoon the curry over the top of the rice.

  • Twelve large shrimps (peeled)
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil

  • One and a half cups of heavy cream

How To Make

  1. Boil a large pot of well-salted water over high heat.
  2. Add the linguine to the boiling water and cook for about one to three minutes, stirring from time to time, until just soft and al dente (or as per package directions). Then, drain well and keep aside.
  3. At the same time, boil another six cups of water in another large pan.
  4.  Next, devein each shrimp using a small paring knife and clean under running water.

  6. Heat the oil in a big pan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute. Then, mix in the heavy cream and simmer. Cook, periodically mixing, until the cream starts to condense. 
  7. Now, add in the parmesan, shrimp, and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Then, empty the sauce over the linguine in a big bowl and toss to coat well.

  • Half a can of fresh basil leaves (plus more for serving)
  • Half a can chopped flat-leaf parsley (plus more for serving)

Other Required Ingredients

  • Eight no-bake lasagna noodles
  • Two cans of baby spinach
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • One can of raw cashews
  • Eight ounces of shiitake mushrooms (cut into 1/4 pieces)
  • Eight ounces of cremini mushrooms (cut into 1/4 pieces)
  • One and a half cans of marinara sauce (divided)
  • 1/4 cans of nutritional yeast
  • Kosher salt to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. 
  2. Then, heat one tablespoon of oil and garlic in a small skillet on medium until hot, for about one minute. 
  3. Take out from heat and add cashews, salt, and pepper.
  4. Next, put one and a half cups of water and bring the mix to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about ten to twelve minutes until cashews are soft.
  5. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a big pan on medium-high. 
  6. Then, put mushrooms, season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper, and cook, occasionally tossing, for about six to eight minutes until soft and golden brown.
  7. Take away from heat and add in one cup of marinara sauce.
  8. Next, put the cashew mix to a blender, put in nutritional yeast, ¼ cup of water, and puree to a smoother consistency. 
  9. Move to a bowl and stir in parsley, basil, and spinach. 
  10. Spread the left half cup of marinara on the base of an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with two noodles.
  11. Then, spread one-quarter (about ¼ cup) mushroom marinara on top with one-quarter of the cashew blend. Do the same twice.
  12. Set the remaining two noodles on top, scattered with the leftover sauce, and blob with the rest of the cashew mixture.
  13. Cover well using an oiled piece of foil and bake for 25 minutes. 
  14. Remove the cover and bake for another five to eight minutes until the noodles are soft.
  15. Dash with extra basil and parsley before serving.

  3. Combine well until it comes to an even consistency. 
  4. Keep aside for at least 20 minutes or keep in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors infuse inside the meat.
  5. Next, take two tablespoons of the meat mixture at a time and roll it to form meatballs.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat while the meatballs are baking in the oven. Let the oil heat for about one minute until the oil sizzles.
  • Put onion and bell pepper and sauté until soft for about three to four minutes.
  • Then, mix in curry paste until thoroughly mixed and cook for one minute. 
  • Add coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, and fish sauce. 
  • Stir well to mix and bring the sauce to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and allow the sauce to simmer for three to four minutes, mixing occasionally.
  • Now, add in fresh basil and baked meatballs, and toss well to coat uniformly.
