Tasty Notes By SpiceRally.

  • Our ramen seasoning blend is absolutely MSG-free and calls for reduced salt. But if you like your recipe to be saltier, you can add more.
  • You can also use about one teaspoon of chicken bone broth powder if you need your ramen to have a thick base.
  • This recipe is moderately hot since we have added chili powder and cayenne pepper. But if you want it to be less hot, keep out the cayenne pepper from yours.
  • Skip shitake mushroom powder if you are prone to mushroom allergies.
  • You can finely grind about two chicken bullion cubes if you cannot find chicken bouillon powder.
  • Use vegetable bouillon powder or cubes instead of chicken bullion powder if you are a vegetarian.
  • The amount you should use in your ramen depends on the amount of noodles you use. So, we suggest starting with a small amount and adjust the taste according to your preference.
  • Make sure to use a dry spoon to scoop out your seasoning each time you use it.
