  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt

  • 1 small clove  Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 tsp  Salt

  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Water

Directions

  • Add the mint leaves, garlic, lemon juice, sugar or honey, salt, and black pepper into a blender.
