  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)

  • 3 cloves  Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp  Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle Powder

Directions

  • Add the fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey (if using) to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chipotle powder.
  • Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.

Notes

  • Marinating Time: For the best flavor, marinate steak for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for deeper penetration.
  • Customize the Heat: Add more chipotle powder or chili powder for a spicier marinade, or reduce them for a milder version.
  • Serving Ideas: This marinade works beautifully with grilled steak, fajitas, tacos, or sliced over salads and rice bowls.
