Ingredients
9 oz Chicken Breasts (Boneless)
2 small Potatoes
7-8 cubes Mozzarella Cheese
2 small Red Onions (Diced)
1 Egg (Beaten)
2 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Minced Garlic
Oil for frying
Directions
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, then dice into small cubes and set aside.
- Grate the potatoes using the small side of the grater.
- Cut the mozzarella cheese block into small cubes.
- Dice the two red onions.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined, then let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into the hot oil, shaping them into fritters.
- Top each fritter with a cube of mozzarella cheese, then cover with more chicken mixture to seal the cheese.
- Cook the fritters in batches, frying each side until golden brown and crispy.
