  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 2 Serrano Peppers (adjust to heat preference)

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • ½ tbsp Fresh Ginger

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

  • ½ tbsp Olive Oil

  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt

  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin

  • ½ tsp Ground Coriander

  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp  Honey (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine yogurt, cumin, coriander, black pepper, salt, and honey.
    Mix the green paste into the yogurt until smooth and vibrant.
    Coat about 250g–350g chicken evenly with the marinade. Marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
