  • 1 cup Chicken Stock

  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

  • ½ tsp Freshly Minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger

  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • ¼ tsp Ground White Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

  • 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup (Optional)

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
