Ingredients
3 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
4 cloves Onion (finely grated)
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1 tsp Regular Chili Powder
½ tsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp Dried Mexican Oregano
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
Notes
- Marinate for Maximum Flavor: Let the meat marinate for 4–12 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally for even flavor penetration.
- Cook Hot & Fast: Arrachera is best grilled over high heat to develop a flavorful char while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
- Rest Before Slicing: Allow the cooked steak to rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain for the most tender bite.
