Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)

  • 4 cloves Onion (finely grated)

  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Regular Chili Powder

  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin

  • ½ tsp Dried Mexican Oregano

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Onion Powder

  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.

Notes

  • Marinate for Maximum Flavor: Let the meat marinate for 4–12 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally for even flavor penetration.
  • Cook Hot & Fast: Arrachera is best grilled over high heat to develop a flavorful char while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
  • Rest Before Slicing: Allow the cooked steak to rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain for the most tender bite.
