Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sweet Paprika

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

  • 2 tsp Fine Sea Salt

  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 tsp White Pepper

  • 1 tsp Ground Mustard

  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

  • ½ tsp Ground Celery Seed

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cumin

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a spice grinder.
  • Grind until the mixture becomes very fine and uniform.
  • Store in an airtight spice jar away from heat and sunlight.

Notes

  • For Authentic Louisiana Wings: Toss freshly cooked wings in 2–3 tablespoons of melted butter before coating generously with the seasoning for the classic buttery finish.
  • More Than Just Wings: Try this seasoning on fries, roasted potatoes, grilled shrimp, popcorn, or corn on the cob for an instant flavor boost..
  • Adjust the Heat: Increase the cayenne pepper for spicier wings or reduce it for a more family-friendly seasoning blend
