2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Ground Mustard
1 tsp Brown Sugar
½ tsp Ground Celery Seed
¼ tsp Ground Cumin
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a spice grinder.
- Grind until the mixture becomes very fine and uniform.
- Store in an airtight spice jar away from heat and sunlight.
Notes
- For Authentic Louisiana Wings: Toss freshly cooked wings in 2–3 tablespoons of melted butter before coating generously with the seasoning for the classic buttery finish.
- More Than Just Wings: Try this seasoning on fries, roasted potatoes, grilled shrimp, popcorn, or corn on the cob for an instant flavor boost..
- Adjust the Heat: Increase the cayenne pepper for spicier wings or reduce it for a more family-friendly seasoning blend
