  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice

  • tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp Jalapeño, finely minced (remove seeds for less heat)

  • ¾ tsp Smoked Paprika

  • ¾ tsp Ground Cumin

  • ¼ tsp Mexican Oregano

  • ¾ tsp Ground Coriander

  • ¼ tsp Fine Sea Salt

  • ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ tsp Brown Sugar

  • ½ tsp Lime Zest

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.

Notes

  • Don’t Over-Marinate: Marinate seafood for 15–30 minutes to add flavor while keeping the texture tender.
  • Adjust the Heat: Remove the jalapeño seeds for a milder marinade or leave them in for a spicier finish.
  • Great for Multiple Seafood Types: This marinade works beautifully with shrimp, firm white fish, salmon, scallops, and seafood skewers.
