  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 1 cup of glaze, enough to generously coat 4–5 servings of chicken, seafood, or vegetables.
  • Brush it over grilled meats, roasted veggies, or even corn on the cob during the final minutes of cooking, or drizzle just before serving for a glossy finish.
  •  You can easily adjust the heat by adding more or less chili flakes, or make it spicier with cayenne. For a deeper flavor, try browning the butter slightly before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  • Store any unused glaze in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, and reheat gently before using
