Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp  Toasted White Sesame Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Toasted Black Sesame Seeds

  • 1 tbsp  Fine Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

  • tsp Ground Ginger

  • ½ tsp Ground White Pepper

  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a spice grinder, coffee grinder, or high-speed blender.

  • Grind until the mixture becomes a fine, evenly blended seasoning. Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides if needed, and avoid over-grinding to the point where the sesame seeds begin releasing too much oil.
  • Transfer the seasoning to an airtight spice jar and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • Grind Carefully: Pulse just until finely blended to avoid releasing too much oil from the sesame seeds.
