Ingredients

  • 1 cup Stock/ Broth (Chicken/Vegetable)

  • ½ tbsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 3-4 tbsp Chopped Onion

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

Directions

  •  In a large mixing bowl, combine the stock, black pepper, brown sugar, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and tomato paste
  • Mix well until everything is incorporated and set it aside
  • In a pan, add the vegetable oil and let it heat over medium heat
  • Once the is heated through, add the chopped onion and minced garlic
  • Let the onion and garlic saute until aromatic and translucent
  • Add the prepared sauce mixture and start cooking over medium-low heat
  • Switch off the heat once the sauce thickens and reaches the desired consistency
  • Let cool and enjoy as desired!
