A rich, zesty garlic butter sauce with Cajun spices, lemon, and herbs, perfect for seafood, pasta, steak, or bread. Quick, bold, and flavor-packed!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Unsalted Butter (divided)

  • 1 tbsp Oil (of choice)

  • 1 tbsp Shallots (minced)

  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp  Honey

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Directions

  • In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt half the Butter with the Oil.
  • Add the Shallot and sauté for about 1 minute until softened.
  • Stir in the Garlic and cook for 30 to 45 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the Cajun Seasoning, Smoked Paprika, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, and Honey. Mix and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the remaining Butter and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the Fresh Parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
  • Use as preferred!

  •  This sauce is perfect for drizzling over grilled seafood, tossing with pasta, basting steak, or dunking crusty bread.
  • You can adjust the spice level by using more or less Cajun seasoning or even adding a dash of hot sauce. Want it creamier? Stir in a splash of heavy cream at the end.
