Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary

  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

  • 1 tsp Dried Basil

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp  Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a plate
  • Mix all the ingredients until they are evenly blended.
  • Use as desired or store the seasoning in an air-tight spice container.

Notes

  • This works wonders on roasted carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and even sweet potatoes.
  • Try tossing it with olive oil before roasting or sprinkle it over grilled corn and sautéed greens for an instant flavor boost.
  • For a smokier depth, increase the smoked paprika; for a zestier kick, add lemon zest or a pinch of coriander. Prefer a milder blend? Reduce the cayenne and red pepper flakes.
  • Store in an airtight spice jar in a cool, dry place, and enjoy its freshness for up to six months!
