Ingredients
2 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Brown Sugar
1½ tsp Ground Allspice
1½ tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
¾ tsp Sweet Paprika
¾ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Ground Turmeric
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
⅛ tsp Ground Cloves
⅛ tsp Ground Nutmeg
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are perfectly combined.
- Use as needed or store in an airtight spice jar.
Notes
- For Maximum Flavor: Rub the seasoning onto chicken with a little oil and let it marinate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for even deeper flavor.
- Adjust the Heat: Increase or reduce the cayenne pepper to customize the spice level without changing the signature jerk flavor.
