Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 Brown Sugar

  • tsp Ground Allspice

  • tsp Dried Thyme

  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt

  • ¾ tsp Sweet Paprika

  • ¾ tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ tsp Ground Turmeric

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Ground White Pepper

  • tsp Ground Cloves

  • tsp Ground Nutmeg

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well until all the ingredients are perfectly combined.
  • Use as needed or store in an airtight spice jar.

Notes

  • For Maximum Flavor: Rub the seasoning onto chicken with a little oil and let it marinate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for even deeper flavor.
  • Adjust the Heat: Increase or reduce the cayenne pepper to customize the spice level without changing the signature jerk flavor.
  • More Than Chicken: This seasoning also works beautifully on pork, shrimp, grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, and even corn on the cob.
