Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Brown Mustard Seeds (Sub: Yellow Mustard Seeds)

  • 2 tsp Coriander Seeds

  • 2 tsp Black Peppercorns

  • 2 tsp Caraway Seeds

  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds

  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds

  • 10 nos  Whole Cloves

  • 4 Bay Leaves (Crushed)

  • 1 piece Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  • Toast the mustard, coriander, cumin, caraway, fennel, and peppercorns in a dry pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the crushed bay leaves and red pepper flakes. Toast for another 30 seconds, turn off the heat and transfer to a separate container.
  • Use right away or store in a sealed jar
