Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken Stock

  • 1 clove  Garlic (Minced)

  • 1/4 cup  Heavy Cream

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 4 tbsp Cold Butter

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Ground White Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine the chicken stock and minced garlic.
  • Stir well and cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces by about half.
  • Add the heavy cream and stir continuously using a wooden spatula until well combined.
  • After about 10 minutes, add the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  • Let the sauce simmer for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Gradually add the cold butter, stirring until it melts and the sauce emulsifies.
  • Season with salt and ground white pepper.
