Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Butter (Unsalted)

  • 3 tbsp Oil (Any neutral oil of choice)

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Minced Ginger (Fresh)

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 2 tsp Salt

Directions

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
