Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

  • ½ cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves (chopped)

  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbsp  Olive Oil

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender jar.
  • Blend over high speed until you get a smooth and fine dip.
