  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple Juice

  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Ketchup

  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 3 cloves  Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp Freshly Grated Ginger

  • 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper

  • 2 Green Onions

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp  Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and olive oil until the sugar dissolves.
