Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ground Coriander

  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin

  • 1 tbsp Ground Turmeric

  • 2 tsp Hot Paprika

  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder

  • 1 tsp Ground Fenugreek

  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Ground Cloves

Directions

  • Add all the spices to a spice grinder.
  • Pulse for a few seconds until the mixture turns into a smooth powder.
  • Transfer to a clean, airtight spice jar.
  • Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months for the best flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the Heat: Reduce the cayenne pepper for a milder curry powder or add a little extra if you prefer more spice.
  • Toast for More Flavor: Lightly toast the curry powder in a little oil for 20–30 seconds before adding other ingredients to unlock its full aroma.
  • Store Properly: Keep the blend in an airtight spice jar away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight to maintain its freshness for up to 6 months.
