Catalina dressing has been a nostalgic staple on American tables for decades, known for its bright red hue and sweet, tangy flavor. This homemade version takes that classic and elevates it with fresher ingredients, creating a silky, zesty dressing that feels both retro and modern. Whether spooned over crisp greens, used as a marinade, or served as a dipping sauce, this recipe brings a burst of flavor that rivals, and even surpasses the bottled classic.
