There’s something magical about a good veggie seasoning, the kind that makes even simple steamed broccoli taste exciting. I created this Citrus & Herb Veggie Dust one sunny afternoon when I wanted something that captured the freshness of my garden herbs and the lively zest of citrus. It was one of those recipes that came together effortlessly yet became a staple in my kitchen. Every time I toss it over roasted carrots or grilled zucchini, I’m reminded how a touch of brightness can turn ordinary meals into vibrant, flavor-packed dishes. If you’ve ever felt your veggies needed that extra something, this little jar of magic might just be it.

Notes

  • You can easily adjust the salt or spice level to suit your taste, or swap in lime zest for a tangier twist.
  • Store this seasoning in a small airtight jar, and it’ll stay fresh for up to 2–3 weeks, though mine never lasts that long because I keep sprinkling it on everything!
