  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary (crushed)

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp  Salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes (optional, for mild heat)

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
  • Taste a pinch and adjust salt or sweetness if needed.
  • Use as desired or store in a well-fitting container.

Notes
