Ingredients for the  Garlic-Herb Seasoning Base:

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Grainy  Mustard

  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • Ingredients to build the marinade:
  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • cup Honey

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients listed under the garlic-herb seasoning base.
  • Mix well and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients listed under the marinade base
  • Add the prepared garlic-herb seasoning to the marinade mixture.
  • Whisk thoroughly until the marinade is well emulsified and smooth.
  • Use immediately or store any unused marinade in a clean, airtight jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
