Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp  Chipotle Pepper Powder

  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp  Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander Seeds

  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp  Dried Thyme

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a plate.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Use as desired or store the spice mixture in an air-tight spice container

Notes

  • Use this as a dry rub or mix it into yogurt, oil, or sour cream for a quick marinade or dip.
