  • 1/3 cup Tahini Paste

  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 clove Garlic (small, minced)

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp  Plain Yogurt

  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest

  • 1-2 tbsp  Warm Water (optional)

Directions
