Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Butter

  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest

  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 2 tsp Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Directions

  • In a saucepan, add the butter and start melting over medium heat.
  • When the butter is almost melted, stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix well until everything is well combined.
  • Finally, add the finely chopped chives and fresh parsley. 
  • Mix well, reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for another minute,
    Enjoy fresh!

Notes

  • You can easily adjust the spice level by reducing the cayenne or red pepper flakes, or dial it up if you’re feeling fiery.
  • Swap in dried herbs if fresh aren’t available, or add a splash of honey for a sweet contrast.
