Ingredients

  • 3 Large Tomatoes

  • 1 Large Red Onion

  • 3 Serrano Peppers (Sub: Jalapenos or use 1 or 2 for less heat)

  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro

  • Juice of 2 Limes

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground White Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Seed the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • Remove the seeds and membranes of the serrano peppers and chop them up too.
  • Stem the cilantro and chop them finely.
  • Peel the red onions and chop them up too.
  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, add the lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Check the taste and serve as desired!
