2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 nos Onion (Medium-sized, diced)
3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
1 can Whole Peeled Tomatoes (Crushed)
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes
Directions
- Preheat a pan and add olive oil.
- Add diced onion and garlic, then sauté over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and mix well.
- Add tomato paste, paprika, brown sugar, dried basil, oregano, thyme, white pepper, salt, and red chili flakes.
