  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 nos Onion (Medium-sized, diced)

  • 3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

  • 1 can Whole Peeled Tomatoes (Crushed)

  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme

  • 1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes

Directions

  • Preheat a pan and add olive oil.
  • Add diced onion and garlic, then sauté over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until translucent.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes and mix well.
  • Add tomato paste, paprika, brown sugar, dried basil, oregano, thyme, white pepper, salt, and red chili flakes.
  • Mix thoroughly, then reduce the heat to low.
  • Cover the pan and let the sauce simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Transfer the sauce to a bowl and let it cool.
